Looking for a role where you can get out on site, build relationships with clients and still have the flexibility to work from home while completing estimates?

We're partnering with a well-established restoration company to recruit a Project Manager / Estimator to join their Sydney team.

This is a varied role that combines site inspections, project management and estimating, giving you the opportunity to manage projects from initial assessment through to completion. You'll enjoy a mix of time spent on site, working from home and collaborating with the team in the office.

The Role

• Attend residential and commercial sites to assess damage following water, fire, mould and other insured events.
• Prepare accurate restoration estimates and scopes of work.
• Manage restoration projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates throughout each project.
• Deliver a high level of customer service during what can often be a stressful time for clients.

About You

• Previous experience within the restoration industry.
• Experience estimating and/or managing restoration projects.
• Strong understanding of water, fire and mould restoration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Driver Licence.
