A well-established residential builder is seeking a confident and experienced Residential Site Supervisor to take charge of multiple single-storey home builds across Perth metro.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the driving force on site, ensuring homes are delivered with precision, pace, and pride from slab through to handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across residential construction sites
- Coordinate and sequence trades to maintain smooth workflow and programme integrity
- Ensure all works align with drawings, specifications, and building standards
- Maintain rigorous quality control and drive defect-free delivery
- Monitor site progress, materials, and readiness to keep builds moving
- Manage communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues before they escalate
- Champion safety, organisation, and site excellence
About you
- Proven experience as a Residential Site Supervisor or senior Foreman ready to step up
- Strong understanding of end-to-end residential construction delivery
- Ability to confidently interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent trade coordination and leadership capability on active sites
- High attention to detail with a strong quality-first mindset
- Calm, practical decision-maker in fast-moving environments
- WA residential building experience highly regarded
