Typical Responsibilities

Depending on the role, your duties may include:

• Preparing and processing prestart documentation
• Managing client selections, variations, and contract amendments
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, site supervisors, and internal departments
• Coordinating building approvals and documentation
• Scheduling and tracking construction milestones
• Maintaining accurate project records and databases
• Assisting with estimating and administrative functions
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the building journey

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Previous experience in residential construction administration or prestarts
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using construction software (desirable but not essential)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
