Looking for a role where you can focus on supervising projects without the pressure of estimating?

We're partnering with one of Queensland's leading insurance builders to recruit an experienced Supervisor to join their established Domestic Claims team. Working on residential claims typically valued under $50,000, you'll oversee projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring quality workmanship, excellent customer service and efficient delivery.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of domestic insurance repair projects.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and schedules.
• Complete site inspections and oversee quality throughout each project.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, insurers and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within scope.
• No estimating required - this role is purely focused on supervision.

About You

• Previous experience supervising insurance repairs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain).
• Current Drivers Licence.
