The Role

Be a core part of the underground service crew, supporting safe and efficient mine operations across production and development. Day-to-day includes:

• Supporting the safe and efficient operation of underground mining activities
• Installing, relocating and maintaining underground infrastructure and site services
• Operating underground equipment and assisting with service-related projects
• Conducting routine inspections and reporting equipment faults or safety concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in line with site standards
• Working collaboratively with different teams to meet targets

Your Value

Underground experience is the baseline, but we are after people who show up, stay safe and chase career progression. Here's what matters:

• Background in underground service crew, nippering, paste crew or mining construction
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools in a confined, high-traffic environment
• Physically fit and capable of handling 12-hour shifts across a full swing
• Safety-first mindset - not just for yourself but for the people working alongside you
• Manual driver's licence (required on site)
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and national police check
