Join a growing underground contractor and secure a long-term opportunity at one of WA's premier gold operations.

We are currently seeking experienced Underground Shotcrete Sprayers to join a leading underground mining contractor on a long-term gold project in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing FIFO work, develop your underground mining career, and gain exposure to specialist ground support operations.

About the Role

Reporting to Underground Supervisors, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating underground shotcrete spraying equipment (Normet experience highly regarded)
• Applying shotcrete to development headings and ground support areas to specification
• Conducting daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
• Working closely with underground supervisors, miners and agitator operators
• Monitoring shotcrete quality, thickness and coverage
• Completing daily shift reports and operational paperwork
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and a safe work environment
• Reporting equipment faults, hazards and maintenance requirements
• Assisting with general underground operations as required

About You

To be successful, you will ideally possess:

• Previous experience as an Underground Shotcrete Sprayer
• Experience operating Normet or similar shotcrete spraying equipment
• Current Manual Driver's Licence (HR preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Reliable attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and police clearance
