Multiple Opportunities Available | Water, Fire, Flood & Mould Restoration
Marble is currently partnering with a number of leading restoration companies across both Brisbane and the Gold Coast who are looking to grow their teams. We have multiple opportunities available for both Restoration Technicians and Senior Restoration Technicians, working across residential, commercial and insurance restoration projects.
Whether you're an experienced technician looking for a new challenge or a senior professional ready to step into a leadership role, we have opportunities with businesses of varying sizes and specialties.
The Role
Working across water, fire, flood and mould restoration projects, your responsibilities may include:
- Water damage restoration and structural drying
- Mould remediation and environmental cleaning
- Fire and smoke damage restoration
- Emergency response and flood recovery works
- Moisture mapping and monitoring drying progress
- Installation, monitoring and collection of restoration equipment
- Preparing job documentation, reports and photos
- Liaising with customers, insurers and internal stakeholders
- Participating in on-call rosters and emergency response works
Senior Restoration Technician Opportunities
For senior-level candidates, additional responsibilities may include:
- Leading restoration projects from commencement through to completion
- Conducting site assessments and developing restoration plans
- Mentoring and training junior technicians
- Quality assurance and compliance oversight
- Client and insurer communication
- Assisting with team leadership and operational support
About You
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in water, fire, mould or flood restoration
- IICRC qualifications (highly regarded)
- Experience using restoration and drying equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current driver's licence
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
