The Company
Our client is a well-established national residential builder known for delivering quality homes and maintaining strong systems across their construction teams.
With a consistent pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the North Brisbane.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing approximately 20 investment homes at various stages of construction, ensuring builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will also benefit from strong internal support, working alongside experienced construction leadership and a dedicated team of production and sales estimators.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
- QBCC Site Supervisor / Builder's Licence (essential)
- Experience delivering low-set and high-set residential homes
- Strong ability to manage trades, schedules, quality, and budgets
- An existent, reliable trade base
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
