About the Company

Our client has been building luxury homes in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for over 30+ years with a niche focus on high-end finishes, and bespoke, architecturally designed homes. From complete home renovations to knock down re-builds, they have developed a strong reputation as a trusted builder across the Eastern Suburbs and wider Sydney market.

We are seeking an Estimator to join their team and work across a range of high-end residential construction projects from start to completion.

About the Role

Day to day duties will include:

• Preparation of detailed estimates, building proposals and cost plans
• Review plans, drawings and building documentation
• Develop scopes of works and procurement schedules
• Manage all contract documentation
• Negotiate sub-contractor and supplier rates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive and reliable pricing
• Maintain excellent customer service skills, working with external stakeholders, suppliers, trades, and contractors

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years as an Estimator across high-end or bespoke residential projects
• Experience interpreting large scale building plans and drawings
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and driven individual with a positive attitude
