This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialist in custom wardrobes, office storage, and bespoke dry joinery solutions. The business has evolved from a high-end cabinetry background into a focused storage solutions provider with strong demand across Sydney's Northern Beaches, Northwest, and Eastern Suburbs.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to join a high-performing team working exclusively with warm, inbound leads.

This is not a cold-calling role. All enquiries are generated through inbound customer contact and handled through a structured internal process. Customers are typically homeowners, renovators, or builders seeking custom wardrobe and storage solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Attending pre-booked client appointments across Sydney (primarily Northern Beaches & North West, with growing Eastern Suburbs coverage and Inner West)
• Conducting in-home consultations with clients and builders
• Working closely with internal support teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
• Preparing and presenting joinery and storage proposals
• Meeting individual and team revenue targets (bonus structure in place)

What We're Looking For

• Background in cabinet making, joinery, or woodworking trade highly regarded
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Confident, switched-on, and motivated to work in a sales environment
• Ability to understand technical joinery products and installations
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic
