The Job

You're on the bogger moving material across production and development headings, working alongside the drill and blast crew to keep things on schedule.

• Working to shot schedules and communicating clearly with the drill and blast crew
• Running pre-starts properly and identifying faults and hitting KPIs
• Keeping your eyes on ground conditions and reporting hazards immediately
• Following blast protocols and exclusion zone procedures
• Reporting to the Shift Boss and executing the plan efficiently and safely each shift

Your Value

Seat time matters - but so does attitude. We need operators who take their pre-starts seriously and bring consistent effort every shift.

• Seat time on boggers in underground hard rock - this isn't a training role
• You know your way around UG operations, blast exclusion zones and UG traffic management
• Manual driver's licence and a clean police check
• Pass a pre-employment medical
• Show up, stay safe, look after your crew

Accommodation & FIFO

Remote N.QLD but it's been done up properly and it shows. Charter FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville so minimal travel in and out and close to home.

• Chefs on site cooking real food with wet and dry mess with decent options every day
• Your own room, most with an en-suite - not a donger from 2003
• Gym that's actually worth using, plus a pool for downtime between swings
