Two rare opportunities to work on some landmark projects that will offer you plenty of growth and valuable experience in structures related projects.

  • 2x Roles with two separate businesses
  • Both require a strong experience in delivering structures projects
  • Work on some truly career defining projects in Infra and Renewables

About the Opportunities

Are you a structural specialist who knows concrete, formwork, and reinforcement inside out?

I am currently recruiting for two separate, highly attractive Project Engineer roles across two different, thriving businesses. While the sectors are different, both positions require an engineer with a heavy structural pedigree and strong FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement, and Pour) experience.

Depending on your career goals, choose the path that suits you:

Option 1: Project Engineer - Tier 1 Infrastructure (Metro Melbourne)

  • The Business: A premier, Tier 1 FRP subcontractor powerhouse working across virtually all of Victoria's major legacy government infrastructure projects.

  • The Role: Manage complex, high-profile concrete and structural packages from procurement through to final pour on mega-transport projects.

  • Ideal Fit: You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes Tier 1 environments, love the complexity of major civil infrastructure, and want to build a resume-defining portfolio right here in Melbourne.

Option 2: Project Engineer - Renewables & Foundations (Regional VIC)

  • The Business: A leading national contractor with an aggressively expanding footprint in the wind, solar, and green energy sectors.

  • The Role: Spearhead the delivery of massive, complex wind turbine foundations on a major wind farm project in regional Victoria.

  • Ideal Fit: You want to future-proof your career by pivoting into the booming renewable energy sector, utilising your heavy foundation and FRP expertise on massive, continuous concrete pours.

Key Responsibilities (Across Both Roles)

  • Package Management: Lead end-to-end FRP and structural concrete packages (formwork design verification, reinforcement placement, and concrete scheduling).

  • Site Leadership: Coordinate directly with site supervisors, steelfixers, and carpenters to safely drive daily production targets.

  • QA & Compliance: Drive strict quality assurance and engineering compliance, ensuring structures are built to exact client and regulatory specifications.

  • Commercial Support: Track progress, manage claims/variations, and handle forecasting for your designated packages.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Strong structural and FRP expertise is non-negotiable-you must have proven experience managing heavy reinforcement and complex concrete pours.

  • 2-6 years of experience as a Site or Project Engineer with a reputable main contractor or specialist structural subcontractor.

  • For the Renewables role: A willingness to work on a regional roster in Victoria and interstate.

  • Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for site safety and QA documentation.

What's on Offer?

  • Choice & Variety: The unique opportunity to choose between major city-shaping infrastructure or the cutting edge of the green energy transition.

  • Top-Tier Remuneration: Highly competitive salary packages tailored to experience, plus project/regional allowances where applicable.

  • Career Progression: Both businesses boast massive pipelines of secured work, offering clear pathways into Senior PE and Project Management roles.

In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 14,000 people into meaningful employment. This equates to 21 lives enhanced every day!
