General Manager | Construction Manager | Senior Project Managers
Marble Recruitment are currently inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from highly experienced professionals within the HVAC industry for a range of senior leadership opportunities across Melbourne.
These roles are being recruited on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing organisations.
Available Opportunities
We are seeking candidates for the following key positions:
- General Manager
- Construction Manager
- Multiple Senior Project Manager roles
These positions will play a critical role in driving project delivery, operational performance, and strategic growth within a high-performing environment.
About the Roles
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Leading multi-million-dollar HVAC and mechanical services projects
- Overseeing end-to-end construction delivery and program performance
- Managing project teams, subcontractors, and site operations
- Driving commercial outcomes including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Contributing to business strategy and operational improvement initiatives (GM level)
About You
To be successful in these roles, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a similar senior role within HVAC, mechanical services, or building services construction
- Strong background in delivering complex commercial or infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and/or business units
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
Senior-level appointments (GM and Construction Manager) will require substantial industry experience at a leadership level.
