The Client:

Join a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and maintaining a supportive, fast-pcased and collaborative team culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to provide vital administrative and client support within their high-performing sales team.

The successful candidate will be required to work Saturday - Wednesday.

The Role:

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Sales Consultants and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activity
• Prepare and issue contracs via DocuSign
• Manage and update CRM systems ensuring accurate lead and client records
• Assist in identifying and improving process efficiency across the sales function

To be successful, you will need:

• Strong administrative and process-driven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the construction space
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to client service
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and personality types
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
