My client are a leading national insurance builder with their own internal restorations team - due to growth they are now looking to add someone to their bookings and scheduling team in the restoration side of the business!

The Role
As Scheduler within the Restorations Team, you will be responsible for coordinating technicians across multiple restoration projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You'll work closely with internal teams, field technicians, and customers to manage workflows, prioritise urgent works, and maintain exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating restoration technicians daily
- Managing incoming restoration jobs and allocating resources effectively
- Prioritising urgent and reactive works
- Liaising with customers, technicians, supervisors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring job progress and technician availability
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate scheduling records
- Supporting operational efficiency across the restorations division
- Delivering high-level customer service throughout the restoration process
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous scheduling, workforce planning, or coordination experience
- Experience within insurance, restoration, building, trades, or service-based industries highly regarded
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
