HVAC Service Coordinator
Location: South eastern suburbs, Melbourne
Employment Type: Full-time
Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a key role responsible for coordinating and scheduling a busy team of HVAC technicians across multiple commercial job sites.
About the Role
You will be the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient job scheduling. This role requires someone who is confident, organised, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced trade environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate daily work for a team of technicians
- Manage incoming service requests and allocate jobs efficiently
- Communicate job details clearly to field staff and customers
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as required
- Ensure high levels of customer service and job turnaround
- Support administrative tasks related to service operations
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
About You
- Proven experience in scheduling within the trades industry (essential)
- Strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar service-based trades preferred
- Confident managing multiple technicians and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and start immediately / hit the ground running
- Proficient with job management or scheduling software (preferred)
