Great opportunity for an experienced PM - Construction, Retail & Fit-Out
We are on the hunt for an experience retail Project Manager to join a premier construction and fit-out specialist. You will be delivering high-end retail, commercial, and boutique residential projects for some of the most recognisable brands across Australia.
With a dedicated team & an in-house production facility, they pride themselves on managing the entire project lifecycle from design to delivery. This is a fast-paced environment where quality and seamless execution are the top priorities.
You will lead a variety of projects, ranging from major retail rollouts to complex commercial builds. Responsibilities include:
Managing multiple concurrent projects across the retail, commercial, and residential sectors.
Overseeing the full lifecycle: quoting, planning, site management, and client handover.
Coordinating with internal departments and the in-house joinery factory to ensure streamlined installations.
Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication with consultants, site teams, and trades.
Ensuring strict OH&S compliance and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out space.
A proven track record of managing complex builds, particularly in "live" retail or commercial environments.
Proficiency in reading construction plans, architectural drawings, and joinery specifications.
Tech-savvy approach with experience in tools like MS Project or Procore.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
A current driver's licence, white card, and a willingness to travel interstate as required.
