Marble - Office Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to play a key role in the continued success of our Melbourne office. This role is a blend of administration and recruitment support, where you will be responsible for driving key administrative projects, generating high-level reports, and providing top-quality support to a busy team of consultants.

You will be part of a high-performing team that values professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. You'll take ownership of:

  • Timesheets & payroll flow: support candidates/clients with logins and troubleshooting, chase timesheets and approvals early, and keep payroll from getting stuck.
  • Onboarding & compliance admin (process-driven): coordinate contractor onboarding steps, chase credentials, and keep compliance moving using the existing playbook cadence.
  • Placement checks: help ensure key checks are in place before placements are approved/processed.
  • Aftercare support: assist with simple aftercare check-ins and reporting where required.
  • National business involvement: connect with the wider senior leadership team and provide guidance around process improvements.
  • Brand/reputation support: social media posts, website posts, and management of online reviews.
  • Ad hoc projects: organising team celebrations, event management for charity days and internal events.

  • A strong administrator/coordinator who enjoys keeping things organised and finished properly
  • Comfortable on the phone and confident chasing tasks in a professional way
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (CRM experience ideal)
  • Highly reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things consistently and well
