The Role

We're recruiting a Plant Supervisor to oversee a concrete plant (primary focus) and a nearby quarry site in the Sunraysia region.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing a small team, and ensuring production, safety, and performance targets are met across both sites.

Expect a mix of operations, leadership, and compliance, with a strong focus on keeping a fast-paced environment running smoothly.

Hours & Roster

• Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Saturday mornings as required
• Regular overtime available

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in concrete, quarry, or civil environments
• Proven supervisory / leadership experience
• Relevant quarry qualification is required, such as:
  • Cert III in Surface Extraction (or equivalent), or
  • NSW Quarry Supervisor / Quarry Manager certification
• Minimum 2 years quarry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete reporting and use computer systems
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
