The Company

With over 20 years helping homeowners to create their perfect home, our client has a strong reputation for building high-quality homes and a strong, growing pipeline of work. Known for a genuinely supportive culture and leadership committed to staff development, they are currently seeking a Sales Estimator to join the team.

The Role

• Prepare detailed and accurate sales estimates and quotes
• Conduct thorough site cost evaluations by interpreting soil reports, site surveys and engineering requirements
• Preserve margin accuracy by performing precise quanitity take-offs and maintaining communication with the supply chain
• Manage workflow effectively to meet strict deadlines

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience in a Sales Estimator position with a residential builder
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
• Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
