Joinery Draftsperson

Are you an experienced Joinery Drafter with a passion for high-end residential projects? This is an opportunity to join a leading luxury residential joinery company delivering bespoke, architecturally designed homes with seven figure joinery packages.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a skilled Drafter to join an established and collaborative drafting team, working on some of the most premium projects in the market.

The Role:
Working closely with designers, architects, project managers, and production teams, you will be responsible for producing detailed joinery drawings across full residential fit-outs, ensuring accuracy, buildability, and alignment with high-end client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and documentation
• Interpret architectural plans and design intent
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and detailing across all work
• Contribute to a collaborative drafting environment

About You:

• Proven experience in joinery drafting (essential)
• Experience using PYTHA (highly regarded)
• Background in high-end residential or premium commercial joinery (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of bespoke joinery construction
• Ability to work within a team on complex, design-driven projects
• Proven experience of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure
