We are a well-established cabinetry and joinery business specialising in high-end bespoke residential and commercial projects. Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, we deliver custom solutions from design through to installation. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Manager with cabinetry/joinery experience to oversee multiple bespoke projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

This role involves working closely with clients, designers, factory staff, and installation teams to coordinate all aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cabinetry and joinery projects
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates
• Coordinate workshop production and on-site installation schedules
• Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all stages
• Resolve project issues efficiently and professionally

About You

• Proven experience in project management within cabinetry, joinery, or fit-out industry
• Strong understanding of custom cabinetry manufacturing and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confident problem solver with attention to detail
• Proficient with project management systems or software (advantageous)
