The Role
We are seeking a Senior Production Estimator to join the team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, take offs, and quantity surveys for custom homes. You will work closely with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure projects are priced accurately, align with client selections, and flow seamlessly from concept to construction documentation. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing value engineering suggestions will be key to success.
Requirements
* Proven experience estimating residential or custom home projects
* Strong knowledge of take offs, BOQs, supplier pricing, and cost analysis
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across teams
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
