My client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join their established team. As one of Victoria's largest civil contractors, they have built a reputation for excellence across major civil works, earthworks, bulk excavation, landscaping, and piling.

The Role

This role will see you working on a diverse and challenging project portfolio across Melbourne. Because their work is spread across the metro area, my client is ideally looking for someone based in the North or West of Melbourne to help manage site coverage efficiently.

What you will be doing:

• Managing [specific tasks for the role, e.g., project delivery, site crews, or scheduling].

• Collaborating with a stable, highly experienced leadership team.

• Delivering high-quality outcomes across civil, piling, and excavation disciplines.

Who You Are

• You are an experienced professional in the civil infrastructure space.

• You value stability and are looking for a "home" rather than just another contract.

• You live in, or have easy access to, the North/West regions of Melbourne.

• You appreciate a high degree of autonomy and are capable of managing your workflow without constant oversight.

• Ideally you have a trade background and have transitioned off the tools and into safety.
