Join a major WA Infrastructure project as a Deck Supervisor. Support deck activities, lifting, marine piling and subsea construction.

We are seeking an experienced Deck Supervisor with offshore construction experience to lead deck operations, coordinate marine interfaces and support piling and drilling works.

  • This is a live-aboard roster (14 days on / 7 days off) with both day and night shift coverage.
  • 2-Month contract
  • Day rate

Reporting to the Marine Superintendent, you'll supervise deck operations to ensure offshore construction activities are conducted safely, efficiently and in line with project plans. You will work closely with marine crews, engineers, rigging teams and dive teams to coordinate lifting, drilling and installation activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise deck operations
  • Coordinate lifting and rigging activities during offshore construction works
  • Support piling and large-diameter drilling operations
  • Coordinate operational interfaces with offshore dive teams
  • Oversee temporary works and equipment setup on deck
  • Support installation of offshore structures and subsea components
  • Conduct daily pre-start meetings and safety briefings
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress with
  • Engineers and the Marine Superintendent
  • Ensure safe work practices and strong deck coordination across shifts

About You

  • You are an experienced offshore construction professional who understands marine operations, deck coordination and offshore interfaces.
  • You bring strong leadership on deck and the ability to keep complex operations organised and safe.

Skills & Experience

  • Offshore construction experience
  • Experience as a Deck Supervisor, Barge Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of rigging, lifting and marine deck operations
  • Experience supporting piling or drilling activities offshore
  • Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and marine interfaces
  • Strong safety leadership and communication skills
  • Relevant offshore tickets and licences highly regarded
