We're partnering with a well-established WA mining contractor expanding their Field Service team across the Pilbara and Goldfields. This is a long-term FIFO opportunity with strong rates, modern equipment, and genuine career progression.

The Role:

You'll be working in a Field Service capacity, diagnosing faults, carrying out breakdowns and scheduled maintenance across heavy mining equipment while representing the contractor on site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnostics, breakdowns and planned maintenance
• Working on large-scale mining fleets including excavators, haul trucks, dozers and ancillary gear
• Maintaining high safety standards on site
• Building strong relationships with site personnel
• Representing the business in a professional Field Service capacity

What You'll Need:

You'll be the type of tradesperson who can hit the ground running - confident diagnosing faults, liaising with clients, and working safely and efficiently out in the field.

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate (Heavy Vehicle highly regarded)
• Experience with major mining OEMs (Liebherr, CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu) - Preferred
• Strong safety focus, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently
• Ability to work independently in a Field Service environment
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
