Storeperson | FIFO WA | Underground Mining Project | $53/hr | 8:6 Days Only

An amazing opportunity an experienced Storeperson to join get into FIFO work in the Mining Industry, supporting the maintenance division of a large underground gold mining operation in Western Australia's Goldfields.

This role will see you supporting a busy workshop and maintenance team, ensuring parts, components and equipment are received, stored and issued efficiently to keep the underground fleet running.

The Role

Working within the site warehouse, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming parts and stock

• Picking, packing and issuing parts to maintenance crews

• Goods receipting and assisting with inventory control

• Supporting workshop teams with pre-delivery items and equipment

• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse

A forklift licence and confidence operating a forklift is essential.

What We're Looking For

• Previous storeperson / warehouse experience

• Forklift licence and operating experience

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of parts and tooling

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Reliable team player with a strong safety focus

Mine site experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates with warehouse or stores experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.
