This is a residential Kalgoorlie opportunity with one of Australia's leading mining OEMs, overseeing workshop operations across machine rebuilds, component work and pre-delivery on underground mining equipment.

With an 8:6 roster and day shift only, you'll enjoy extended time off while still being home every night.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading the workshop team and ensuring smooth operations across rebuilds, Warranty work, servicing and machine preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of HD Fitters, Auto Electricians and rebuild technicians
• Overseeing machine rebuilds, component refurbishment and pre-delivery work
• Managing workflow, WIP and job completion timelines
• Ensuring all work is completed to OEM standards
• Driving a strong safety culture and workshop efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician
• Previous workshop leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong background working on mining equipment
• Ability to manage workflow, people and production targets
• Strong safety mindset and communication skills

Location

This is a residential Kalgoorlie role, so applicants must be located within 1 hour of town.
