Looking for an expereinced residential site supervisor to join a national builder to take on projects across the booming South West region!
Our client is a well-established national residential builder known for delivering quality homes and maintaining strong systems across their construction teams.
With a consistent pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the South West / Springfield region.
You will be responsible for managing approximately 12 homes at various stages of construction, ensuring builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The current workbook includes a mix of estate and more custom homes, including both low-set and high-set builds.
You will also benefit from strong internal support, working alongside experienced construction leadership and a dedicated team of production and sales estimators.
* Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
* QBCC Site Supervisor / Builder's Licence (essential)
* Experience delivering low-set and high-set residential homes
* Strong ability to manage trades, schedules, quality, and budgets
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* $120K + Super + Car + Fuel Card + Phone (depending on experience)
* Reporting to a highly experienced Construction Manager
* Projects located within the growing South West / Springfield corridor
* Join a builder with consistent work and strong support systems
