Seeking an experienced insurance building supervisor!
Insurance Repairs Supervisor | Brisbane
A well-established insurance building company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their Brisbane team.
This role will see you overseeing insurance repair projects through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate residential and commercial insurance repair projects
Manage trades and subcontractors across multiple jobs
Monitor repair progress, timelines, and quality of work
Ensure repairs are completed in line with insurer requirements and company standards
Assist with resolving issues or escalations throughout the repair process
About You
Experience supervising in the insurance building
Ability to manage multiple jobs and subcontractors simultaneously
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organised with a proactive approach to project management
