Project Manager – Shopfitting

Lead retail fit-out projects with a stable and growing business, managing clients, and delivery across multiple live sites in Western Sydney

A well-established commercial fit-out and shopfitting client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Western Sydney. This is an autonomous role suited to someone who can manage multiple projects end-to-end while building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

The Role

• Operate as the sole Project Manager with support through senior Project Managers and Leadership

• Manage multiple live projects at once (a mix of large and smaller jobs)

• Deliver retail and commercial fit-out projects from planning through to handover

• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance

• Maintain and grow client relationships

• Support business development through networking and identifying opportunities

A major focus of the role will be supporting a national retail rollout, with multiple new sites planned following a recently delivered project.

About You

• Strong background in shopfitting, retail fit-out, or commercial interiors

• Ideally 10+ years' experience in Project Management

• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Commercially minded, with the ability to build relationships and identify opportunities

• Evidenced examples of networking and developing your own business

• Trade background (shopfitting/joinery) advantageous

• Team-oriented with a long-term mindset and desire for stability
