Electrical Supervisor - Commercial Construction

We are a growing commercial electrical contractor delivering high-quality projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and lead crews on a range of commercial construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects and managing teams of up to 8 electricians and apprentices. You will play a key role in ensuring project efficiency, compliance, and quality workmanship.
Supervise and coordinate teams of up to 8 electricians
Oversee commercial construction electrical installations
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Maintain high safety and compliance standards
Liaise with project managers, builders, and other trades
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Mentor and support apprentices and team members
Current QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
Proven experience supervising teams (up to 8 personnel)
Strong commercial construction background
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Current driver's licence
