Job Title: Dynamic Switchboard Engineer - Be the Backbone of Electrical Excellence!

Overview:
Harness your expertise in electrical engineering and step into a pivotal role as a Switchboard Engineer. Your work will not only comply with Australian Standards but will be the blueprint of engineering efficiency and quality. Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in switchboard design or manufacturing
• Mastery of AS/NZS 61439, AS/NZS 3000, and protection coordination principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or eligibility, or Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)
• Familiarity with PLC integration, SCADA, and control circuits
• Certification in Project Management or Lean Manufacturing
• Forklift license, White Card, or other site-access qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering paired with diverse experience in designing and building switchboard systems
• A background rooted in agile environments with a knack for compliance and innovation

Other Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally travel to client sites as required
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with WHS legislation and standards
• Participation in continuous improvement and Lean/5S initiatives essential
