Project Manager

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Project Manager to join the team based on the North side of Brisbane, to help deliver projects from confirmation through to installation.

Working on a strong pipeline of projects across both residential and commercial, working with both home builders and on Fitouts within medical, educational and office spaces.

This role suits someone who enjoys structure, teamwork, and being the central point of communication between builders, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial joinery from concept to completion
• Liaise with builders, clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Manage site installation teams, deliveries, site measures and track on-site progress
• Review drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor site safety and ensure all safety controls and compliance measures are in place.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and systems, providing recommendations for improvement.

About You

• Trade qualified cabinet maker, joiner or shopfitter with relevant experience within the trade.
• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a project manager within the trade
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage fast-paced environments
• Full driving licence (or local equivalent)
• Competent with project management and admin systems
