The Role

You'll join the estimating team to take ownership of production estimating duties across both medium-density and detached home projects. Reporting to the Procurement & Estimating Manager, you'll handle take-offs, variations, supplier orders, and cost management through the construction phase. The workflow is consistent but realistic, with a strong pipeline of work up to 2027.

Requirements

• Solid production estimating experience within Medium Density or volume building
  
• Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
  
• Confidence in reading plans, completing take-offs, and issuing POs
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  
• Team-focused attitude with clear and open communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Databuild and MS Office is a bonus but not essential
