The Role: You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civil hardscape packages. This includes everything from detailed excavation and drainage to high-spec paving, concrete structures, and external landscaping.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in Commercial Civil Construction or Hardscapes.
A "client-first" mindset-you know how to manage relationships with commercial site managers.
Strong financial acumen to manage multiple fast-paced packages simultaneously.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (Civil Engineering or Construction Management) or equivalent trade experience.

A rigorous approach to safety and environmental compliance (EPA standards).
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar technical background.
