The Client

Join a fast growing Melbourne-based residential builder that focuses on modern, affordable homes. Offering new home builds, house and land packages and KDRBs, they are committed to delivering quality and value to home buyers and famililes.

The Role

As the Production Estimator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate estimators of jobs including variations
  • Performing accurate quantity take offs
  • Maintaining organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work
  • Providing support to Site Supervisors
  • Completing set targets and achieving job targets within designated time frames

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office
