The Client

My client are one of Victoria's most respected residential builders, with over 20 years' experience building quality homes. With a strong focus on well-designed, affordable and sustainable housing they are guided by a commitment to quality, innovation and strong client relationships.

With a growing pipeline and a number of new projects starting in January, they are currently looking to bring on a Site Supervisor to work across Medium Density townhouse developments.

The Role

As a member of this high-achieving team, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating smooth day-to-day operations by ensuring effective planning and issue resolution
• Overseeing projects from commencement to handover
• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintaining impeccable standards in OHS
• Leading toolbox talks, site inductions and ensuring high safety standards
• Utilising workflow management / project management software to develop schedules

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects, ideally townhouse developments
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong people management and customer liaison ability
• Sharp eye for detail and dedication to produce high quality work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
