Seeking a Sales Assistant to work out of a brand new display home in Southwest Sydney, $65K + super, no industry experience required.

About the Company

Our Client has been producing single storey, double storey, and dual occupancy homes Sydney for the past 25 + years, and are now building over 400+ homes annually. They have developed relationships with premium land developers and have built over 4,000 homes since their inception.

Predominantly building in North West and South West Sydney, they have recently expanded their market to the Central Coast and are continuously growing with a strong pipeline of work including contract homes, house and land packages, and master-planned communities for 2024 and beyond.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be representing the business for any prospective buyers and customers throughout the initial sales process.

Duties will include:

• Supporting the Sales Consultant with day to day administrative tasks including document preparation, ordering building reports etc.
• Meeting and greeting customers in the display home
• Scheduling follow up appointments with customers
• Maintain and update the sales CRM
• Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle
• Pre-qualifying leads
• Be responsible for the professional presentation and day to day maintenance of the display home
• Ensure that marketing materials and collateral are kept up to date

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales-based role, preferably face to face (experience in a similar role will be highly favourable)
• Demonstrated experience in customer service
• Outgoing and friendly demeanour with interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a structured team
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work Saturday's and Sunday's
