Thanks to our robust client connections, our Sydney team seeks to onboard a dynamic Recruitment Resourcer. Your role entails collaborating with seasoned recruiters, actively networking, and tapping into our extensive database to source top-tier candidates for our esteemed clientele in the construction trades sector. You'll benefit from innovative candidate traction methods and a structured environment.

Your skills and attributes;

• Demonstrated prowess in relationship-building, particularly in phone-based interactions.
• Prior experience in sales or recruitment with a track record of meeting targets.
• A vibrant, outgoing persona both in-person and on the phone.
• A keen eye for detail and a knack for thinking creatively.
• Outstanding communication skills and a polished demeanor.
