A well regarded commercial & high-end residential joinery company located in Western Sydney, who's reputation proceeds them. Been an industry leader in the commercial space for some time now. Looking for an experienced production manager with a trade qualification in the joinery space.
The Role
- Lead and motivate a team of cabinet makers to produce high-quality joinery
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet production deadlines
- Implement quality ocntrol measures to ensure the highest level of production
- Collaborate with drafting and design team to interpret client requirements and specifications
- Manage levels and procurementof materials
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
About You
- Trade qualification in joinery / shopfitting / cabinet making
- Proven experience in joinery production management
- Knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and machinery
- Full working rights in Australia
