The Company

A custom home builder based in Wodonga is experiencing rapid growth in the area and is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their tenured team.

You will join a company who have a fantastic reputation in the market and an extremely well-respected name. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is local to the area, or someone who is looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and get stuck into an exciting opportunity with a huge earning potential.

The Role

• Being proactive to source and capture leads whilst building relationships with developers and other industry connections
• Reading plans, understanding site costs and following council regulations
• Greeting customers, finding out what stage of building they are up to and finding a design to match their needs
• Driving customer satisfaction throughout the sales and home build process

What you need

You will ideally have the following criteria:

• Ideally 3+ years' experience as a new homes sales consultant
• Evidence to support sales success in previous roles
• Ability to build quick relationships and close sales
• A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
• Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
