On behalf of one our well-established builders specialising in building innovative products in the home building sector, we're searching for a highly motivated and experienced Production Estimator to join their growing team.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Production Estimator to play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and cost-effective estimates for their diverse projects, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and site managers to ensure project success.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year' experience in a production estimating role within the home building industry
• Proven track record of preparing and managing detailed cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and time lines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Databuild (or a similar program).
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
