An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a driven and highly skilled Project Engineer to join a tier-one delivery team on a major wind farm project in regional Victoria. This critical role focuses entirely on the successful execution and delivery of the project's massive wind turbine foundations.
This is a fast-paced, high-profile renewable energy project offering excellent career growth and the chance to contribute significantly to Australia's clean energy transition.
Foundation Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end engineering and construction execution of wind turbine generator (WTG) foundations.
Quality & Compliance: Manage strict quality assurance processes for complex Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concrete (FRP) works.
Subcontractor Management: Drive production, safety, and schedule adherence with earthworks and FRP subcontractors on-site.
Technical Problem Solving: Interface with design engineers and construction crews to resolve site queries swiftly and accurately.
Safety Leadership: Promote and enforce a zero-harm safety culture across all direct and subcontracted work packages.
Please Note: Due to the technical complexities of this project, robust and demonstrable FRP experience is strictly required. Candidates without a strong concrete civil background will not be considered for this role.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a highly related discipline.
Proven track record working as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer on heavy civil infrastructure, major earthworks, or renewable energy projects.
Extensive, hands-on experience managing large-scale, high-volume concrete pours and complex FRP packages.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost tracking, variation management, and scheduling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently manage subcontractors and stakeholder expectations.
Willingness to work on-site in regional Victoria (packages/uplifts applicable).
