Looking for Supervisors in the Insurance Building Industry across SEQ Advantageous to have a QBCC Supervisors License and or Trade qualified

  • Position available to start ASAP
  • Salary flexible dependent on experience

I'm currently partnering with national insurance builders and well-regarded family-owned businesses across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, and have several Supervisor positions available off the back of strong, ongoing project pipelines.

Whether you specialise in day-to-day repairs, high-value complex projects, or high-volume residential work - there is an opportunity here to match your experience and preference.

These opportunities vary and include:

  • BAU / Mixed Claims - managing a portfolio of day-to-day insurance repairs
  • Large Loss / Major Loss specific - overseeing high-value, complex projects
  • Domestic Claims focused - high-volume residential repairs

The Role

  • Managing a portfolio of insurance building claims
  • Overseeing trades on site and ensuring quality of delivery
  • Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and homeowners
  • Managing budgets, variations and project timelines
  • Upholding strong safety and compliance standards

About You

  • Hands-on experience supervising insurance building projects is essential
  • Solid understanding of the insurance repair process
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs and stakeholders effectively
  • QBCC licence (or working toward one)
