About the Role

Joining a successful cabinet making business, specialising in joinery packages for townhouses and multi-residential projects.

The role is primarily office-based, on the north side of Brisbane, with site visits generally taking place once per week.

With a growing workload and exciting projects ahead, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business where your contribution will make a genuine impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project timelines, procurement, and delivery schedules
• Liaising with builders, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitoring project costs, variations, and overall profitability
• Managing installation programs and site coordination
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience managing joinery, cabinet making, shopfitting, or commercial fit-out projects
• A trade background in cabinet making, joinery, shopfitting, or a related field (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace new systems and processes
• Experience working with residential, multi-residential, or commercial construction projects
