We're currently partnering with a well-established, family owned insurance builder who are looking for an experienced Repair Coordinator to join their growing team!
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and keeping projects moving.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for coordinating a mixed bag of insurance repairs from start to finish, ensuring jobs are delivered on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple repair jobs across residential properties
- Liaise with trades, supervisors, and internal teams
- Manage schedules, bookings, and job progress
- Communicate updates with insurers and homeowners
- Ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards
- Handle documentation and job tracking systems
About You
- Previous experience in the role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
