The Branch & Hours

As a field service diesel mechanic, you'll spend majority of your time out on the road working directly with clients across the Brisbane region:

• Standard days are Mon to Fri with hours between 6.30am to 4 / 5pm & finish early Friday (hours are flexible and open to discussion)
• Plenty of overtime opportunities, including weekends at penalty rates
• Strong earning potential with healthy take-home pay

The Role & Machinery

You'll get stuck into servicing and maintaining a wide range of earthmoving, crushing, and screening equipment, taking the lead on jobs as a field service diesel mechanic:

• Scheduled servicing, PM work, component change-outs, maintenance, and equipment/tech upgrades
• Breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, problem solving, and warranty work
• Full autonomy to manage your own workload
• Start each day from home and head straight to the site
• Machinery includes brands such as Sandvik, Hyundai Construction, Screen Core, and more

Your Value

We're after an experienced heavy diesel mechanic with a trade qualification in light vehicle or diesel mechanics, who can:

• Work on heavy machinery across earthmoving, road transport, or mining
• Manage breakdowns and problem-solve in the field independently
• Have hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills (training available if needed)
• Deliver strong customer service with a "can-do" attitude
• Commit to a long-term, permanent role with good earnings
