ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on maintenance role suited to a carpenter who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes.

You'll be responsible for attending maintenance and warranty jobs across completed homes, working closely with the Maintenance Manager while managing your own day-to-day schedule.

It's a role that requires initiative and someone who can assess issues, carry out rectifications, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard and properly reported.

Ideal for a carpenter from a residential background who's looking for consistency, autonomy, and a role where you can just get on with the job.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Attending maintenance and warranty jobs across completed residential builds
• Diagnosing defects and carrying out carpentry repairs and rectifications
• Managing your own daily workload and prioritising jobs effectively
• Liaising with the Maintenance Manager and providing clear job updates
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Cert III in Carpentry (essential)
• Experience working with a residential builder (custom or volume)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Confident communication and a professional approach with clients
