The Role

You will be preparing and modifying new equipment heading out to site within a well-organised, clean indoor/outdoor workshop.

• Fabrication and welding of brackets, guards, and structural components to site standards
• Installation of safety and site-specific equipment
• Working from drawings, job packs, and standard procedures
• Completing quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
• Assisting with general workshop tasks as required

The Roster & Hours

This role offers reliable hours and flexibility, making it a great fit for anyone seeking steady work and a solid work-life balance.

• 10+ hour shifts with paid breaks built into the day (choose your hours)
• Choice of either a 5:2 (Monday to Friday) or 4:3 (four-day week) roster
• Fully residential workshop with easy access and plenty of on-site parking
• Consistent workload with no site travel or FIFO requirements

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a trade-qualified Boilermaker who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a structured workshop environment. To be successful, you'll have:

• A Boilermaker trade qualification with hands-on fabrication and welding experience
• Confidence using workshop tools, equipment, and machinery
• A strong eye for detail and a focus on producing high-quality work
• A positive, reliable attitude and a strong commitment to working safely
• The ability to work well as part of a team and follow established procedures
